Ughelli North LGA Holds One-Day Prayer Conference/Praise Day In Celebration Of The One Year Anniversary Of Olorogun Jaro Egbo Led Administration

As part of the activities to celebrate the first year anniversary of Olorogun (Barr) Jaro Movudu Egbo Ksc in office, the Ughelli North Local Government Council held a one-day prayer Conference/ Praise Day with the Theme " Oh Lord Heal our Land"
The event attracted dignitaries from all walks of life, including the Traditional Rulers of the seven kingdoms of the Ughelli North Local Area, Traditional chiefs, clergymen, business moguls, sons and daughters of Ughelli North LGA, friends, family, and followers of the Executive Chairman, among others.
In his address, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, thanked the Governor, Rt Hon Elder Dr Sheriff F.O Oborevwori for his impactful leadership and for the privilege given to him to serve his people. He appreciated everyone who had come to join him, his family, and the entire staff of the LGA on this successful event of a one-day Prayer Conference/ Praise Day organized in his honour. He thanked God for the privilege to be alive to see this day, adding that his administration is anchored on Almighty God..
The Council boss explains that whatever he has achieved within this past year is by the grace of God, who has given him the enablement to execute the legacy projects.
"Within the past year of my administration, we have improved in the areas of security, infrastructure, environment, and education, among others". He said
The Olorogun Jaro Egbo disclosed that there will be other activities to mark his one year in Office, including a thanksgiving Service which is to hold on Sunday 3rd August, 2025, MORE Agenda Women Empowerment program, Medical Outreach, commissioning of projects and Inauguration of a 21 Man Ughelli North Local Government Advisory Committee among others, urging everyone to partake in all the activities.
Barr Jaro Egbo thanked the seven traditional rulers and community leaders for their continuous support and cooperation since he assumed office, stressed that their collaborative efforts have led to the relative peace and unity in Ughelli North, and added that Ughelli North is peaceful and will remain so by the grace of God.
Highlights of the event was a prayer convocation session where prayers was offered for God's mercy upon Nigeria, prayer for the leadership of the state and grace to fulfill its mandate, prayer for the leadership of the Ughelli North Local Government Area led by Olorogun Jaro Egbo Ksc, prayer for unity in Ughelli North LGA, and prayer against division in every home, among other prayers rendered.
Prayer was also offered for the Executive Chairman, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, and his beloved family, Ughelli North Councilors, principal officers of the Council, and staff of the local government Council for God's continuous guidance and protection upon them in Jesus' name, Amen 🙏
The prayer session was conducted by Bishop Dr Kingsley Enakirheri of the Heroes of Faith Ministry International, supported by Bishop Muoghereh (Rtd)and other Ministers of God.
