2025 UGHELLI NORTH CHAIRMAN'S CUP FINAL; OLOROGUN JARO EGBO CONGRATULATES THE WINNER; UWHERU KINGDOM TEAM ON THEIR VICTORY 

.. Reiterated his Administration's commitment to Youth development, peace and unity of all kingdoms in Ughelli North LGA..

The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Barr Jaro Movudu Egbo Ksc, has congratulated Uwheru Kingdom Team on their meritorious victory from the just concluded 2025 Ughelli North Chairman's Cup after a fiercely competitive football match today at Oharisi Primary School Field Ughelli, with Ogor Kingdom Team which ended 2-1 at ninety minutes.

Olorogun Jaro Egbo in his opening remarks before the game began, praised the players, organiser and coaches for their dedication, resilience and commitment towards the success of the tournament.

 He said "This maiden edition of this football tournament was conceived by my administration not only as a platform for sporting excellence but also as a means of fostering unity, peace and youth development among Youths of Ughelli North LGA, through this tournament, we have seen the abundant talents of our young men, their discipline, team work and the passion they carry for the game of football'.

...My administration is determined to continue to invest in youth development, not only in sports, but also through educational skills acquisition and empowerment programs " Egbo added 

The Chairman whose birthday coincides with the finals game today, commended the players for their beautiful performance in the grand finale today, stressing that the purpose of the competition is to promote peace and unity among the kingdoms in Ughelli North Local Government Area, adding that every Team played well in the tournament but the better side always win..

The Chairman appreciated the local organizing committee, supporters and everyone who contributed to the success of this tournament, adding that without their dedication and support, the event wouldn't have been successful.

Barr Jaro Egbo once again, Congratulated the winner of the Tournament, Uwheru Kingdom and urged them to Keep the flag flying, giving the assurance that the tournament will grow bigger and better in the years ahead.
