*The Women for 35% Initiative*, under the leadership of the AJU Morgan Elumelu Foundation (AMEF), is proud to announce the appointment of *Hajia Raudat Laure Mohammed* as the *State Coordinator for Kaduna State*.

Hajia Raudat is a distinguished academic, entrepreneurship educator, and advocate for women’s empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in education, leadership, and community development, she brings deep insight and unwavering commitment to grassroots mobilization for gender inclusion in governance.

A doctoral researcher in Business Education at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a respected lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Zaria, Hajia Raudat has dedicated her career to equipping women and youth with leadership, entrepreneurial, and civic skills. She is a published author and speaker with a passion for policy transformation and social equity.

As Kaduna State Coordinator, she will lead our efforts in mobilizing women across the 23 LGAs, building local capacity, engaging stakeholders, and driving advocacy for the implementation of the 35% Affirmative Action in political representation and leadership roles.

We are confident that Hajia Raudat’s wealth of experience, academic rigor, and passion for inclusive governance will significantly strengthen our movement in Kaduna and the North West zone at large.
