Chief Frank Akiefa Congratulates Favour Izoukumor For His Well Deserved Appointment As ED DESOPADEC

The immediate past chairman of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Western Zone and the incoming Deputy President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) World wide, Chief Frank Akiefa heartily congratulates Chief Favour Izoukumor on his well deserved appointment as Executive Director, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC). 

      Chief Akiefa commended the state Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa for finding Chief Izoukumor worthy to serve in such office and as Executive Director  from the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality, DESOPADEC. 

   Akiefa wishes Chief Izoukumor and prays God to also grant him wisdom, knowledge and vision to deliver on the primary objectives and Aims for the commission primary constituencies.
