         Hon Dagidi Andaye Felicitates with Engr Emmanuel Audu-Owavborua On His Appointment As NDDC Boss. 
       The Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor Of Delta State on political matters, Hon Dagidi Andaye Felicitates with Engr Emmanuel Audu-Owavborua on his recent appointment as NDDC Acting MD.
       Hon Dagidi on his congratulatory message described Engr Audu as the most experience man to handle the affairs of the ministry. That he has the capacity and experience to pilot the affairs of the parastatal to the benefits of the region.
         Dagidi also prayed that,may God Almighty give him strength, wisdom and knowledge to pilot the affairs of the ministry.
