Comr.Madiba Angadi Call On Govr Okowa To Upgrade TTC Bomadi To An Higher Degree Awarding Institution.

Comr. Madiba Angadi called on the executive Governor of Delta State, Sen.Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to upgrade the Teacher Training College (TTC) Bomadi to an higher degree awarding institution.
Madiba appealing to the Governor of Delta State to consider the Teacher Training College (TTC) Bomadi to an higher institution. It will help the youths in the riverine area to gain higher education easily.
