     Akiefa celebrates a leader with all ramifications as leadership connotes, a mobiliser, grassroots oriented personality, genuine lover of humanity, an unrepentant believer in the unity and progress of Delta State and Nigeria, an elder brother and friend, as you mark 60 years on earth. (Diamond Jubilee) an as you thank God for the successful inauguration as Governor of Delta State. 

      God will give you more wisdom, grace, unimaginable good health and longevity. You shall excell even more from now and always .
