       The Immediate past chairman of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Western Zone and the former chairman Maritime Boat Owners Association, NPA Warri Branch. Chief Comr. Frank Akiefa is ready to fly the ijaw flag higher and higher again as the National Deputy President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) World Wide.
